Responsible Mineral Sourcing Policy

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is requiring supply chain companies to disclose their use of tin, tantalum,
tungsten and gold (3TG) originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or neighboring countries.
Their concern is that the sale of these so-called "conflict minerals" could be used to finance or facilitate armed conflict in the region.
Hirundo is a private company and is excluded from the SEC requirements.
However, Hirundo still believes that it is important to ensure that the 3TG used in our products is responsibly sourced.

With growing concerns about child labor and other human rights abuses outside the scope of the Dodd-Frank Act,
Hirundo continues to evolve its Responsible Minerals Program and related due diligence practices to address ) mineral issues.
Hirundo's program framework is in line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from
Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (OECD Guidance) Hirundo participates in the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) to continue
engaging with industry activities to address this complex issue. As part of our participation, Hirundo utilizes the Responsible Minerals
Assurance Process (RMAP) audit process to identify legal smelters and refiners that comply with the RMAP protocol and current global
standards. This policy requires Hirundo to ensure that Hirundo does not engage, directly or indirectly, with suppliers where there is a
reasonable risk of the supplier sourcing from or being associated with any party violating human rights or related abuses.
In accordance with industry best practice, Hirundo conducts a survey and mapping exercise of our current suppliers,
collecting and analyzing data annually (at a minimum) to identify smelters at risk. Hirundo also directly contacts smelters that
serve our supply chain and encourages them to participate in the RMAP program to demonstrate their commitment to complying with
RMI.
